Drivers shall be polite and courteous to customers at all times. Drivers shall never use bad language and shall never smoke on anybody else’s site |

In the event that the customer cannot be present the driver shall tidy up after clearing away a load. All lorries carry a brush and a shovel for this reason. |

In the event that the driver and his lorry are invited onto private property the driver shall advise the customer if he thinks the lorry is too heavy for the surface in question and shall in every such instance ask the customer to sign a disclaimer before entering any private property |
